Hey,
Im new to the site and have a total newb question - what is HRS? I keep seeing it reference, but am not sure of exactly what it is. Also, what would be a good mix to take in the morning when I cant grab breakfast? I was thinking something like including aussie, cfm, and egg white for proteins with either oatmuscle or rice oli for carbs, keeping it like 50/50 carb to protein. That any good?
