Would like to make a during workout formula- To assist in keeping in an anabolic state during my workoute- I do giant set training with a lot of volume- so my workouts tend to last up to 60 minutes- so having a drink to sip on during the workout to trickle feed my muscles is what im looking for-
heres what im thinking so far:
30% - HRS
15% - Dextrose
5% - Fructose
10% - Hydro 520
10% - PeptoPro
20% - Theta aminos
10% - Glutamine peptides
Any suggestons? looking for some feedback --- Alex???
