Calipers for fat %

Has anyone had this done and really, how accurate is it?

Had mine done as I just started with a personal trainer and have to say we were both kinda shocked by its results!

I've never been tested, but I have always been told that it's one of the most accurate measuring systems (second to a buoyancy test)

Don't worry about body fat percentage TOO much unless you are going to be competing, under 8 percent or so I start feeling pretty crappy.

How about those electronic fat sensors? accurate or not?

Personally I find the electronic fat measuring devices VERY inaccurate. The readings fluctuate greatly, depending upon your fluid intake.
