Victoria Milk Protein

i flavor it with splenda and vanilla. taste fine, i love the taste with flavoring, no complaint, a little thicker than isolate, but works well. i use it in my morning and night shakes, i love it because its a great protein for anytime of the day use.

Mine should be here in the next day or so. It is what it is, in that it is 80% casein which doesn't mix as perfectly as whey isolate and can be more bitter. BUT, from why I have heard it is just thicker, and a blender is helpful. I have had people complain to me from their orders that their "shake" isn't think enough when buying an almost instantized powder. You shouldn't be disappointed.

In a custom formula using about 30% I hardly think you can go wrong. It is probably the most economical slow digest protein.

This stuff is fantastic in a formula.

Here is my own economical formula, it mixes and tastes amazing.

30% Rice olig
30% Iso chill isolate
30% Victoria Milk Protein
10% Creapure

It is everything I thought it could be and more. You could always upgrade the casein to Aussie Casein, etc

I got asked if I took steroids again by three close friends and training partners. For those of you who feel limited by 100%, you could upgrade your formula further if you add ingredients such as carbs/creapure seperately.

For those of you who have used it, did u mix it in a blender or shaker cup? And with what liquid (water, milk, etc.)?

I used Milk, and I used a blender. However, at 30% in my formula the mixture was 90-95% mixed with a spoon, if that tells you anything.

A shaker cup would work fine.

I'm thinking of doing:

30% Victoria Milk
'30% Iso-Chill
25% Oat Muscle
5% Egg White (just to add a little extra protein to the mix)

How do you think that will be, taste-wise, and mixability wise?

Well, what they typically say is 5% is just a dusting. I am assuming the left over 10% is creapure? I would look at the protein % per 25-50 grams. I take about 50 grams or 2/3 cup on average. See is you are hitting your target grams of protein etc

It will mix fine, but imo you need a blender for regular oat muscle. At around 30%, maybe it would not require a blender. There is instant oat muscle, that mixes with less technology. Otherwise, this formula will be successfully mixed and will taste great.

If we mixed 30% whole organic egg, 50% 520, and 20% casein, then you would have taste and mixing issues. However, these ingredients are highly anabolic and would produce excellent results assuming you added carbs or something.
