Hey Alex, here is before picture. Let me know if I qualify. Right now I do cardio 4 times a week and lift the same. I like to lift heavy and of course luv2squate. I can squat 185 for reps. But I cant seem to lose the bodyfat I want, hopefully this new stuff will work.
