I'm thinking of using this blend for a post-workout shake. I'll add the carbohydrates on my own.

I'll put a tbsp of Pepto-Pro in with this as well. I was thinking of cutting the
Hydrolyzed Ion Exchange Whey Protein Isolate to 50% and adding 5% Bovine. What dfo you guys think?
I just got done competing in a couple of body building shows and now I'm aiming to add on lean mass and get my strength back up.
I appreciate any advice/suggestions!
