Protein Degradation?

sometimes i'm amazed at how fast degredation occurs after protein is mixed with water. let ur nose be ur tester. my experience has been that 6hrs is way too long to keep mixed even on ice. like icp suggested you'll be better off keeping ur ingredients seperate if at all possible
