Coconut Water

What's up guys,
I was meaning to start this thread a while ago, but completely forgot until I saw Alex mention something about coconut water briefly in a thread.
I was wondering if any of you guys have ever tried tasting coconut water, or used it to mix with your post-workout drinks.

I have used it before, and let me tell you, it is great. I have mixed it with straight 100% bio-fresh whey, unflavored, and it was outstanding. Not only does it taste great, but its nutritional profile is excellent aswell.

- No fat, no cholesterol, contains all 5 essential electrolytes for replenishment (15 times more potassium than sports drinks, more potassium than a banana), no artificial flavors, naturally sweet(but not overpowering)

Anyway, enough on my rant about how great the stuff is.

Has anyone else here ever tried it before? If so, what did you think about it?

I drank it in Belize, and would do it again! Too bad you do not have a tree in your backyard.

Yup, used it and love it. You can buy it at most health food stores (including whole foods).

Yea, I have picked up mine from whole-foods the last few times. Unfortunately, the local health food store that is a matter of minutes away from my house, where I do my food shoppnig every week, does not carry coconut water!

...So I can't get it as frequently as I'd like.

I'm glad to see that other people here also have used it, and enjoyed it. I know a lot of the time I mention coconut water to people, they confuse it for coconut milk. So I am glad that people also try the water, and enjoty it. It certainly tastes great with protein drinks.

I am actually hoping that Alex might incorporate some coconut-water (in powdered form) to the arsenal of PF in the near future. Thay would be awesome.
