I just got wind of a tournament in two weeks and am looking for something that lends itself for faster recovery for obvious reasons. I used the custom protein lab for guidance, and it recommended 40% rilose for super anabolic. Should I leave it like this? Or should I cut down the % or remove that quantity of Rilose and do carbs seperately? I could do 30% and add egg yolk or something.
