Alright, any experts out there have any experience with this type of formula:
20% Super Plasma
20% Aussie Casein
20% Biofresh
20% IP
20% Whey Hydro Isolate
I ordered some for a general use protein, but boy was I in for a surprise.
I mixed it with milk and it was thicker than cake batter, I mixed it with water, and it was thick like the original Met-rx shakes if anyone remembers those.
I was wonder what protein in this spectrum might account for the reaction with milk? I really want to utilize this mix but unfortunately consistency matters.
