Flux Powder

For anyone...

If I were going to make a post shake and wanted to use flux and protein only, what would a formula be? I get messed up on % and such.

Do you mean amounts and such per volume. For a workout shake, I'd use one scoop (1/3 cup or 30 g) of flux with 25g-40g (I don't know what you normally run) or your protein of choice.

I was going to make something in the lab so I was needing what % of flux, what % of protein (s) to use. I don't care what protein as long as I don't have to blend it, it's the right type for post wo, and it can be swallowed (taste) as I don't use sweeteners. Thanks

Sorry to break the bad news to you, but the custom lab does not allow you to use the Flux powder in it.

If you want to use the flux, you'll have to combine it with your protein seperately on your own.

As far as your protein choice goes, if you want a great quality, unflavored/unsweetened whey protein, you should go with the Bio-Fresh Whey isolate. The taste is outstanding on its own.
