lose the dextrose completely from you diet. Its a low quality product for weight loss. You want to continue to use protein and carbs on non-workout days. My products are just quality food. Supplement companies and magazines have made the general pop. query to the idea that their products you have to take everyday. ( even though we are seeing less and less MRP's and protein powders nowadays). If you want to lose bodyfat and grow muscle eat a protein source and a low GI carb source frequently throughout the day. If you eat bad one day...you might need my stuff alot. If you eat good one day you might not need my powders at all.
