The perfect protein shake (MRP)

Well there are plenty of crap products out there to choose from that have more flavor...thing is all the other stuff it has. I am a lot like Alex when it comes to going natural...plus I don't like my shakes sweet...

There are reasons WHY those shakes taste so good. The muscle milk is obvious. The FAT. Some how or another they have been able to convince the public that they added "lean lipids" . Fat tastes good. Yea, they got an awesome flavor system, but it could not be accomplished without the fat and the carbs. I put together something like muscle milk called anabolic cream. or anti-catabolic...both are for sale in the "sale" part of the website.

Making a thick shake is easy. Add some gums are you good to go.

Thanks for being a customer for so long. We are getting in one of my NEW proteins tomorrow. Its a new casein that when mixed with water is exactly like milk. Its awesome. You might want to try that.

Muscle milk is whey concentrate, calcium caseinate, fat, sugar.

The first thing I ordered off of PF was anabolic cream, and you will enjoy it. After awhile though, if you because crazy... if something is labled as anabolic, hardcore, or gross, you may buy it and drink it strait like some of us do.

unflavored 520 with water is a special treat.

I am excited about these new proteins, but budget wise I made my last order for at least two weeks. I am 5 pounds over weight and have 4 days before my competition, and in this exact situation it sucks to be huge and lean. haha.
