I made a dosage mistake, nothing against this product!
This isn't a big deal, but I didn't listen to what other forum members told me about taking it easy on creapure because it works well even in small % over time. I have been adding 10% to my protein creations and have been drinking 2-3 shakes a day for months now. A few times I even took some capsules that I bought awhile back from this site.
I got everything I wanted, amazing results. I now have 5-6 kinds of protein and mixes all with creatine and I was taking them like crazy. I recently had the bright idea to create the protein mix seperately and add Rilose and Creatine seperately.
Somewhere along the lines, I got a huge headache. I don't get headaches. I bought two mixes of Rilose and 15% creatine with Peak ATP for a carb only drink. The first time I took the carb mix before I grappled, I felt strong and amazing. The next day I did it again and had a headache for a day and a half and I felt like laying down because was a yucky wierd feeling. I was fully hydrated.
My thinking is my body was already loaded with creatine, and then I was drinking 15% with a carb that would boost its' uptake. I made a shake later with protein and creatine mixed in and it got worse. I made a shake an hour ago without creatine and I feel fine.
Anyway, not taking anything away with this excellent supplement, just don't overdo it like I did. 5-10% here and there, and sometimes none at all will still yield excellent results.
