I like super plasma.No carbs for me right now pwo,as iam cutting.If not cutting,i like to add carbs in my shakes separately.I'll add 80-100 grams carbs to 50 grams protein

As I have found, oat muscle or rice olig is safe for anti fat diet.

Pre digested is great post workout, and I have used 520 a lot. I do not know why or when somebody would use 520 instead of 1400 or vise versa... or to use both? I have no idea.

I use 30-40% oat muscle for MRP. I am going through my own carb revolution and still trying to figure out what is the best choice for post workout. If you look at another one of my threads, I had a bad experience with a high glycemic carb.. but that is a good choice post workout. So, moderation is best?

15% rilose, or date sugar
25% oat muscle
10% Creapure Creatine
20% 520
10% super bovine
20% Whey Fraction or CFM Isolate

I just made this up, might be a good choice.
