yesterday I was privy to receiving a NEW whey isolate. Well a new type of manufacturing process to manufacturer whey isolate. Its not a CFM, ION, MICRO, or whey fraction. Its a new patented process that I dont know too much about. I have a conference call with the manufacturers lined up for Jan. They should be able to tell me a little more about the process and its advantages. I received about 5lbs. Very nice looking white fluffy powder. Over the years,( and this is very unscientific), but I have learned the the WHITER a dairy protein is, usually the better taste. The more off-white the stronger the dairy notes, which nobody really likes. Sweet whey for example, is a very off white almost tanish looking powder. My powders that taste the best, IPI, aussie, CFM, Isochill, ION isolate, and even the PeptoPro are more WHITE than they are off white. I will take a picture of this new whey isolate and post it up on the site hopefully today. but this morning I'll be making myself I shake with it.
