Thanks for the complement FIT42. I actually don't think I have good genetics; if you saw my father and brothers you would understand how I can say that as my younger brother has stretch marks around his waste from his love of pizza so the mid section is a problem area for the males in my family. But, I think I do have more of my mothers genetics then my other brothers and she is naturally thin so I am sure it helps. I just eat super strict and I mean that as I don't have any fried foods or sweets. I don't cheat. I do drink alcohol but not that often. More so since I moved to NYC and am single

I don't and have never counted calories. Too much work actually and this might sound stupid but I go on how I feel and how I look in the mirror. I closely monitor protein intake only (which has been an issue because I eat too much) and keep my meals small and have between 6 and 7 a day. I have dropped my carb intake and have uped my cardio for the summer and am in probably the best shape of my life right now. Plus my building has a rooftop deck so being shirtless up there and looking good is important as there are a lot of young single women in my building. (whatever motivates ya!!)

3-4 meals a day consist of protein powder instead of meats even though everyone says you should eat more natural protein. I don't like to cook and enjoy my free time so using powder works for me.
