PWO mix?

Whats up Alex. I just ordered 6lbs. of the following mix for PWO to mix with Dex.
50%Peptopro
30%520
15%CFM
5%Glut peptides

Do you think the mix is ok for muscle GROWTH????

Also, I was thinking of ordering another lb. or 2 of the new CFM to stretch the mix a bit since its quite expensive. If I add say 2lbs of CFM to the mix, can you tell me how the numbers would change. Thanks in advance

This is a great formula. Hope the taste is OK for you. If you put in 2lbs of CFM. I would take 2 tsp of this formula with 2 tbs of CFM with dextrose for postworkout.

Just wondering if adding the other stuff to the peptopro will slow down the absorption of the pepto...thereby counteracting one of pepto's best characteristics?

No, the other proteins will not slow the absorption of the peptides found in the other proteins. Supposedly fat will slow absorption down of protein somewhat, but i have never seen evidence of that. but also dont think anyone would combine fat with peptides.
