Super plasma and CFM

The superplasma is not instantized, (thus it needs a blender). You want to use 1 tsp of super plasma with 1/3 cup of CFM in a shaker. that should work. If not, and this is a pain in the ass. put 1 tsp of the super and 1/3 cup of the CFM in a little baggie and shake them up (no liquid). THen add to liquid.

I actually took my shaker, put inside the quantities you mentioned and just before adding water, I mixed them together with a spoon, and then the super dissolved like nothing...

The super plasma protein probably one of the highest quality proteins in the world. I would rank its usage right up their with all others.

Super plasma contains a boat load of protein subfractions that no other protein comes close to having. Tri FX is the closest but the dwarfs it in comparison to growth factors. Not only that but super plasma protein is 50% IGG which is great for the immune system.

Add 1 tsp or 5 to 10% in formulas and use everyday. Time really doesnt matter.
