Just curious, why mix those three? I figure you would choose either Aussie or MMC and add a small amount of oat or omega muscle...
I don't know what kind of casein, but I think Alex said it isn't calcium caseinate. Might be just the thing for a smoother drink.
However, I find MMC at least in custom blends works and mixes well. I am assuming that long term, Alex will create all proteins this way, leading to a new era of mixability (and taste?) for all types of proteins.
