Hi Alex...starting the 2008 and well.. thinking to stick to these formulas and was wondering was your opinion; my goal is gain more muscle mass and get ripped for this year:

Before Workout:

Dextrose and Creatine P/12...one hour before

Peptopro + Whey Isolate + Oat Muscle (1 spoon of each with low fat milk) one hour before

After Workout:

WheyIsolate + Oat Muscle + EFA Powder (1 spoon of each with low fat milk)

Before Bed:

Cottage Chesse

Oat Muscle (1 spoon of each with low fat milk)

Let me know if this is ok....willing to buy the Orange Muscle soon and add it to my pre-workout shake

A few things that alot of people have had success with is super plasma. Try to put that into some custom mix soon.

We dont sell them, but look into flax oil or krill oil. (You could get the omega muscle.). But I like the krill oil.

Thanks Alex..I will add the Super Plasma again to my mixes..it's better in the pre or post work out???..and actually I am taking Omega 3 (Twinlabs) fish oil 1300mg in the morning...
