My first bodybuilding show is about a month away and I was hoping someone would share a great resource on how to determine what factors need to change in a pre contest diet in the peak week for bodybuilding. I've read about water, sodium, sugar, total carb increases/decreases, but nothing with any real scientific backing.
I've also been told I should smear my body in preparation H and drink a glass of red wine with a scoop of NO shotgun before the show.
