I think losing bodyfat is VERY difficult. And anything that hinders fat loss, just puts you more in the hole. High GI carbs are a big no no when trying to lose bodyfat. The oatmuscle will give you the carbs for glycogen replenishment.
For pre workout just eat some carbs about 1hour before and then after.
If you train REALLY hard then you can use the Muscle Color supplement(s) pre or post.
But getting a six pack is my opinion is rough for me and most people. and dextrose and maltodextrin just make you take steps back.
