I'm really interested in getting multiple top quality protein formulas for decent price. For post workout formula, I know creatine, rilose, BCAA's and things of that nature make it better. So please include all those type of ingredients in addition to the protein.
I would like the 3 best formulas w/in the prices listed below.
1st Formula: Complete meal - protein, carb, fat (in between meals/pre-workout) (no more than $10/per pound) I think optimal ratio for me would be 10% Fat/40% Carb/50% Protein? Open to other input of course.
2nd Formula: Post-Workout (no more than $20/per pound)
3rd Formula: Before Bed Protein (no more than $15/pound)

Weight: 260
Height: 6'1
BF %: 20
Goal: Gain lean muscle size and maintain/lower body fat.
I train hard 3 days/week. The food diet is super clean and pretty solid. 6-7 meals/day. The only liquid I consume is water lol.
