RE: FUCOXANTHIN. . . need to know: 1)HOW MUCH/how many pills per day (when best time to take, etc.). . .won't start taking til I sch sessions w/Mr. Broadway . . .probably midwk . . . & I rec recently placed order of GreenMuscle, Breakfast Form, etc. . .I also have some Intermed FL MR fr previous order . . . 2)HOW WOULD YOU WORK ALL THIS IN?

(Also, took advan of 5lb microfilt whey sale . . .purchased as a gift . . . in case I decide to split . . .can't imagine the "acesulfame" . . .I'm a stevia girl!. . .3) HOW WOULD YOU SUGGEST I INCORPORATE?

Take 2 capsules per day until the bottle is gone...results take 30 days.

Breakfast of course take in morning.

Greens i personally take separately in the morning.

got ya on everything except . . . 1)should I use MR pre or post workout? 2)If I do like taste of acesulfame, then whey pre or post?
