As of the past few years I've been totally into the "natural organic" food craze and i must say in terms of price, it always pays to buy healthy quality unprocessed foods. Especially organic, believe me i was a meaty cheese loving man but some broccoli from my garden will get me way more ripped then a double cheese at MacDonald, no matter how much protein it has in it.
It all comes down to absorption! High quality food metabolizes WAYY FASTER ! That means you can eat twice as much organic food as compare to non-organic food and NEVER GET FAT !!! yes believe me its true. I've been 170 pounds for the past 3 years and have gone up and down the usually 5 pounds that is normal for human, but no matter how much i eat or how much i exercise i cannot really get any bigger, or smaller.
Now you might say my genetics don't want me to go past 170 and i say you are partially right but i also say its because i super charge my gut with certain foods that transform me into a monster that can eat anything and it wont even put on a inch on my stomach.
So as per the topic here are my secret weapons for lean mass gain.
NUMBER 1
Raw Garlic
- raw garlic is a crazy energy boosting, mind focusing wonder drug. If you can get over the crazy sulfur burn, then you will be blessed with huge popping vains.
To get rid of burn use olive oil, to get ride of taste in mouth eat fresh herbs like parsley.
NUMBER 2
Raw Eggs
-Raw eggs are ridiculously anabolic, they absorb so fast you can feel a rush or energy like being punched in the face. Except its more like in your throat and it makes you gag. lol.
-Yes i know not as much protein absorbs but who cares cause it absorbs way faster then cooked eggs so technically you just need to eat more of them.
NUMBER 3
Green supplement
-green supplement is a very good way to speed up metabolism and provide a lot of side effect health benefits like better skin and better time in the bathroom.
- Some people like powder greens, I personaly like the liquid stuff like Naka : Vital greens
NUMBER 4
TEA !!!!
- Tea is amazing, for some reason i think the caffeine in tea is much less burn out then coffee, certain herbals teas have no caffeine and have a very stimulating effect, these are Rooibus and Yerba Mate. They have high amounts of vitamins and minerals and properties that are much much more appealing the coffee every will be.
NUMBER 5
WHATS EVEN BETTER THEN ORGANIC AND NATURAL FOOD
growing food yourself, raising and killing your own animals, fishing, wild mushrooms, wild herbs, wild berries, wild animals like deers and turkey is some of the best high protein, low fat meat in the world.
and as a bonus doing all these activities will make you strong like a lumber jack french woman !!!
