Custom Formula - Meal Replacement:
20% Egg White Protein,
25% Membrane Micellar Casein,
15% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate,
20% OmegaMuscle,
20% Instant OatMuscle,
Additive: Aminogen
Flavor: Strawberry
Sweetener: Stevia

taste is great.............but tastes delicious with milk (water its kinda too sweet)

might experiment with the MRP a little

My current fave post-workout formula is:

25% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate
25% Super Plasma
25% Rice Syrup solids + electrolytes
25% Instantized Oatmuscle

for PWO i like 60% carbs 40% protein, i do it because i finish up a session with cardio. and with it being 60/40 i get an avg of 26g carb n 21g protein with every 50g. plus the extra 5 from creatine.

my current formula is

30%rice syrup+electrolytes
30%instant oatmuscle
20%peptopro
15%hydro ion exchange whey
5%super plasma

no sweetener, just vanilla with vitamins/aminogen
