I know that over time I have created different formulas and have learned over time how to make things better. Upgrades are obvious, but what formulas have you created that just make you feel good? Do you ever add Peak ATP, or other additives? Any personal feedback on how that improved the formula?
My current fav MRP
20% instant oat muscle
20% omega muscle (makes me feel great!)
10% Creatine (I went on a break from creatine and was disappointed, it rocks period)
30% Victoria Milk Protein (would prefer Aussie but $)
20% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate
Additive: Vitamins and Minerals
Flavor: Chocolate
Sweetener: Stevia
I am low income at the moment so this is great for my budget. I have used 2-3 scoops for breakfast, and my body looks great, lean with muscle etc. I would love to be able to add Peak ATP, carbogen, and aminogen to everything.. as well as add Bovine serum etc
For Pre workout, which we sometimes discuss, I like:
25% Bio-Fresh Whey Isolate,
40% Rilose,
25% Instant OatMuscle,
10% Creapure Creatine, Additive: None
Flavor: Chocolate
Insulin response wasn't too bad, could use carbogen and peak ATP.
