Started my annual nine week creapure "cycle"...all I can say is I am always astounded how much of a positive effect this supplement has on strength and betwee set recovery

Really good product...and very effective.

Why don't you use it on a regular basis? How many grams will you use a day? And last, what do you personally get from it?

I don't use it long term because there have not been any long term studies done on it and I am still a little afraid of what impact it might have on my kidneys if used continuously without a break. Probably a little too over cautious on my part, but nonetheless I don't want to be on dialysis when I am fifty either so that is the balance I look for. (also, I tend to notice more dramatic gains when I use it irregularly like this and that gives me a psychological boost

I use five grams a day, after I workout and on days I do not work out I usually mix it in with my pre bedtime shake.

Personally, I usually get an extra 10-50lbs on the core lifts I do. For instance, on my deadlifts I usually cap out my last set at 405 for 4-5 reps and I pulled 420 for my last set of five (I pyramid my weights right now and do Arnold sets 15reps-10reps-10reps-8reps-8reps-5reps for this lift, one warmup and five working sets). I notice being able to pull the extra weight fairly easily and also I can narrow my interval between sets quite a bit since my muscles recover faster between sets. I usually take a minute- a minute and a half between sets when going heavy like this and I notice "feeling" ready to go at it again much sooner. You know, as opposed to, "oh f@#$, time to hit it again already?".

Actually, to be fair, I think my rest interval is a little closer to two minutes on deadlifts...to be honest

Thanks for the info. So you take it everyday for nine weeks? Would you suggest the same for me?

I really don't know how to answer your last question...but I would imagine that you weigh considerably less that 226 (my bw right now) and if I am getting results from five grams a day you could get by with 2-3 gms.

Yes, you are right on the weight thing...lol I guess I could ask Alex, but the serving size is 5 gms so maybe I can take the same amout, only not as long.
