I need help with a formula to get me through my training. Here is a sample break down of what I do day to day.
Monday morning: 1 pullup 2 pushups 4 situps
2xpullup 4xpushups 8 situps
3xpullups 6xpushups 12 situps
4xpullups 8xpushups 16 situps
5xpullups 10xpushups 20 situps
6xpullups 12xpushups 24 situps 30 min run
Monday afternoon Chest workout
Tuesday Morning track
sprint 2x400s jog 400 in between
4x200s jog 200 in between
8x100s jog curves
Tuesday Afternoon
Triceps
Wednesday Modified crossfit with 16 stations 1 min each 1 round
Wednesday afternoon back
Thursday 2 mi run stop do 30 pushups 30 situps 30 squats down to 5 in increments of 5
run 2 mi back
Thursday afternoon Biceps
Friday 8 mile hike with 55lbs in backpack.
Friday afternoon shoulders
Saturday 30-45 min job
