Vaporized Egg White

Due to the success with our vaporized whole egg, we have moved ahead and started to work with egg white. I will be making a sample for next week. If I have any available I might be able to divvy some our to message board members. Initial test results have been very very cool. !!!

Great! That will probably be in my new PWO drink. What's the ETA on it making the site (if you know)?

Well right now we only made a very small amount. After that we order a tanker of egg whites and vaporize them. I would say at least 6 weeks. The process is actually pretty quick, because once the eggs are broken they need to be pasteurized and then consumed if not made into a powder. So really its just coming up with the tanker of egg whites and the time to vaporize them. But its still not 100% yet. We are still testing the vaporized egg whites for stability and other things. But I would love to have an egg white thats instant with no soy lecithin. So keep your fingers crossed!!!

Let me know when you have a sample as well. I have been waiting (im)patiently for more of the soy free products to be released. I have actually been trying to find soy intolerance support forums to shill these powders on (haha).

Ok Alex don't shoot me, because I'm sure what you're doing is not what I read about... but I read a study a long time back about how processes egg whites don't really have protein is that true? Is this based on a standard processing?

Processing food products in this case protein powders involves denaturing. But this doesnt mean full denaturing. Depending on several factors will determine the level of denaturing. (see my native whey isolate page)
