The thing I see lacking from you protein powders (#1)is a good slow releasing protein. Try to split that CFM with IPI, milk, or aussie.
for postworkout. add 5 to 10% peptopro and dump the theta aminos tomake room
If you want to use the oatmuscle. its really easy. Start with getting it plain and then add as you wish. Take a look at the omega muscle too. thats an awesome protein.
For postworkout consider getting anti-oxidants like our muscle red and or purple.
HRS will be in this week so if you want you could drop the malto/dextrose post and use this instead.
Big blast is a good option for post too.
But if you want to use PeptoPro get what I said above and add creatine p-12.
