Just so I'm not missing something, and to answer questions I have been asking myself.. please give your opinion on this.
I've been under a lot of stress, and am multi tasking.. and still competing etc. I have had energy issues a few times, and I just want to make sure I'm not messing things up on a dietary level.
Assuming I was fully loaded on creatine, nice and strong; can this at all have a negative effect on cardio? I would assume no.
The bigger question, is coming off of creatine. Assuming your body is getting to the point where the stores of creatine in the muscle are used up, is there possibly a lag point where your body has little creatine available before it starts to produce it naturally again?
I was just curious as I've taken a few weeks off of creatine and had a few weak days.. although I'm an insomniac and this could explain excessive fatigue during training. I'm wondering if I should not mess with it if all these factors are so critical for endurance, and plus it lends itself to me being TOO muscular for my weight class. Love it!![]()
