This isn't very exciting, and people like Alex probably do this all the time. At times I ingest a lot of powder, it is an addiction really. However sometimes those healthy MRPs get to me when I'm leaning up, and I get sick of chocolate/vanilla and milk.
Following Alex's previous advice, I have been buying isolates and other easy to mix formulas unflavored and unsweetened, and I mix them with fruit juice.
It hits the body in a very clean way, or at least it feels pretty good. Might not be a lean method, but it certainly breaks up the monotony. After a break I'm ready for the shakes again.
