Just wondering what protein factory blend could compete with the new products from Dr. Scott and the Australian company that seems to sell the same products?

Its a little funny because the company he mentions in his marketing thing is the same company I buy my Aussie Casein from. So I guess you can take a look at the aussie casein

I remember getting excited about Aussie Casein three years ago on protein factory.

I guess what I'm asking is what post workout protein blend would be the absolute best.

Depends on the $... Once you get around 12-14$ a pound, the quality is crazy good. You can do 8-10$ a pound and find all kinds of good stuff.

Most effective?

Predigested protein such as Pepto pro or 520
Fat such as EFA or yoke
10% super bovine serum
Rilose 20-30%
Creapure Creatine 10%
