Foaming

i remeber someone saying it foams because i shake it too much. but no matter what my powder is, it foams when i shake it with the blender cup.

even with my current pwo powder. i mix it with 14oz water n i flip my shaker bottle upside down vice versa about 4-5 times, not vigorusly but it still foams. might not be much but it does. i still drink it regardless.

that shouldnt be a problem right? lean whey foams too. anything in the shaker cup does.

Foaming will not be a problem unless you dislike the texture. Typically non instantized powders foam more than instantized ones.

Comparing my current blends to one another (a hydrolyzed protein and carbo blend vs a casein / whole egg / added fat blend), the blend with the fat does not foam at all while the other blend foams substantially.

Perhaps the fat keep the foaming down ... I dunno.

Slight change to my previous comments ... my Heliogen Casein / Whole Egg / Yolk / EFA mix does foam a bit, but nothing like my Hydro Whey Isolate / Super Plasma / Oatmuscle / Rice Syrup concoction.

Your night mix has two (yolk and EFA) non-instantized proteins and your pwo has 3 of 4 that are non-instantized. That's the difference.
