How do you actually take the Red Muslce product? I am new to this.

its a powder with a small 10 g serving size. I take my by itself in the morning before work..

I alternate between, purple, red, green, and orange. If you do it that way you will have them for 4 months. thats a long supply.

Use only once per day.

Since using these I feel better all the time. I look better to.

Alex What is the max orac amount per day that you can take? Your green muscle rocks by the way the taste is great!

I would say 8 to 10,000., but im not sure, I have never seen max amounts in any studies..That is like 10 servings per day. Remember its the quality not the quantity with anti oxidants.
