Weight Gain Formula (No lactose)

Anyone recommend the proteins to use to create a weight gain formula that I can customize that doesn't have any lactose in the proteins?

I'd like to get more then CFM/Soy XT/Egg

Any thoughts?

Try something like:

5% Super Plasma
10% Heliogen
15% Biofresh
35% Sunflower Power Oil
35% Oatmuscle

100-150 g of this should do the trick

For a cost-effective mix, consider:

10% EFA
20% Egg Yolk
30% Oatmuscle
40% Heliogen Casein
