Stem Cell Supplement

So I attended a vendor fair at my college and won a trial bottle of StemEnhance from the raffle system. The product claims to increase circulating stem cells by 25% in the blood, which has many benefits theoretically. One of the claims for athletes is that it will expedite the healing process from micro tears in the musculature due to exercise. I looked up the product cost, and it's steep. Of course, IF it fulfills the claims, then it would definitely be worth it. I'd appreciate any response for safety concerns. I'm 26, and I'm thinking if I still have a high serum level of circulating stem cells, then my body would reuptake the excess. Of course, since I'm relatively ignorant with this topic of supplements, my imagination also postulates the idea that I may be burning my candle at both ends, so to speak. Any thoughts?
