Creapure is a great supplement. I'm a skinny little shrimp right now, and after taking 5 grams or so consistantly, I can almost bench my own bodyweight. Not for a whole set, and it's likely my nerves reacquainting with lifting heavy shit and mental toughness have alot to do with that, but that creapure is definately helping.
It's cool to know I don't have to 'load' it. What about cycling, you recommend that for creapure or is it unneeded?
