anyway, if the tub you have is nitro cell drive, I would ditch it. Waxy Maze is in the list of ingredients, so its garbage.

if its the micro, you should be ok. well, you will know after you take it

hahahahhahahahahahahaha...Anywhere else that would be me yelling!

It's the micro creatine and I have taken it twice with no issues...it has no flavor and best of all it was FREE! If it was stuff from China I would have thrown it out.

well you can, since you are not doing a loading phase, but at the amount you are taking and what you are using it for, taking the days off wont hurt either.

May help to keep your stash around a bit longer, IMO.
