Hey guys just recently got onto the site...(love this place by the way, awesome products, and some great info...) and was wanting to know what a good daily protein would be? I have the big blast and beefcake right now but isnt the dextrose and the rilose in big blast only good for workout time? Big Blast has 44grams of protein, cant your body only absorb like 30 grams at a time. And what you guys think about the recovery formula for post-workout? Any help on this would be awesome thanks...
