Super Plasma Postworkout

I am currently taking a mixture of 50% 520, 10% Peptopro, and 40% Ion Exchange Hydro Whey for postworkout drink mixed with Genr8. How much Super Plasma should I add to this mix?

5-10gms and I think you would be fine.

That is a pretty aggressive postwork shake. How do you like mixing them with Vitargo?

I'm not sure which one hides the taste of which. Originally I mixed the vitargo to hide the taste of Dr. Scott's product. After reading the message board, I decided to make a mix more hardcore than that. I'll post my feelings on comparing the two products. I've taken protein powders since the early 90's so taste is not an issue.

The reason I ask, is when mixing pepto pro and other hydrolyzed proteins with Vitargo, I cannot even taste them...I can smell them, which is odd, but I cannot taste them.

Maybe I have just developed a tolerance too.

If you can tolerate a 100% hydrolyzed protein source, I would just as soon use a 90% mix of 520 and 10% of Peptopro, vice decreasing the 520 and substituting the Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate.

Even though he hasn't confirmed it with hard numbers, I recall Alex posting that he feels the 520 has a smaller MW average than the HWI ... it is also cheaper by about 5.50/lb.

why only 10% peptopro? it has less than 300 delton, i use 20 - 25% in all my pwo.

30% oatmuscle
rice syrup
20% peptopro
15% hydro ion
5% super plasma

i also ordered some red muscle, i will be including that in all my pwo shakes, of course creatine too.

i try to get 5 to 10 grams of superplasma for every shake i take.

Is it safe to say that 520 wouldn't have very much IGF-1 just like regular whey protein concentrate? So adding Bovine serum would fill in that exact anabolic gap, add carbs, bam.

Would you like to add some shredded dollar bills to that shake? Hahahahaha.

Unless you're lactose intolerant or something. I'm not sure if that can be mitigated with a probiotic or what, but 520 is a godsend for those of us who aren't. Good price, verified quality... I don't get why people get all over the hydro/ion... the molecular weight isn't even listed.

BTW, if you look in the hardcore stack, there's something called 'hydrolyzed 360' included. A budget peptopro? I'd like to see this.
