I've been using Pepto-Pro with either Rilose, HRS, and now RSS w/ elec... whatever Alex has available... for almost 2 years now with fantastic results. Normal use immediately before and after training.
Now I plan on going on a 3-4 month cut to get into single digits. Obviously my carbs are going way down. I normally take around 100-150g of whatever fast carb before and after training ( combined ) and 200g or so ( mostly OatMuscle ) the rest of the day.
My questions: Can I ditch the fast carbs for the next few months and use Oatmuscle with the PeptoPro as my sole carb source pre and post training? Would it be best to take this combo an hour ( rather than immediately ) or so before training to make up for the slow digesting? Would I need ANY carbs at all if I am always in a state of positive nitrogen balance?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
