It is a specialty protein. There are less goats that are farmed for their milk, and goats are smaller meaning they produce less milk.

Indeed. If you were to buy goat's milk at a grocery store, you would expect to pay $15+ per gallon. If you consider this, the goat's wpc is actually a bargain.
