Custom protein help (something similar to Nitro Core 24)

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing the custom made protein option for my mrp day and night protein source. I was going to stay committed to ON NitroCore 24 but protein factory seems to be offering a much more flexible and accurate mrp without hiding the real deal behind a proprietary blend. So can anybody please help me recreate the NitroCore formula, If not offer something even better. Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the Penta Protein formula...it has a similar idea behind it.

There is also a Penta Protein formula(s) that contains carbs and fat that would work nicely as an MRP.

The basic idea is to encompass a spectrum of all types of protein.

If you want something really good, here is what I would recommend mixing up for yourself in the protein lab:

20% Super Plasma Protein
20% Whey Isolate (Either CFM or Biofresh would do the trick)
20% Heliogen Casein
20% Tri-Fx Whey Fraction
10% Hydrolyzed Protein (either the 1400, 520, or Pepto Pro)
10% Whole Egg

This would, in my humble opinion, hit all your "protein bases":

This is a hype product. However, that is what we deal with from time to time.

I was going to write about each of the ingredients, but that isn't necessary. There is decent protein varieties, and cheap protein varieties in that stuff. The amounts are a mystery. Also, how often do you hear about medium speed digesting protein? About about 3/4 speed digesting protein? There aren't enough shades of gray to place in any proprietary blend.

1 Part Hydrolyzed protein, 1 part CFM whey isolate, 1 part Aussie/heliogen casein.

This can be protein in this theory.

You may use Oat muscle as a lean carb, or Rilose for example as a post workout carb. Creapure creatine is optional. If you want to boost growth factors, you add Super bovine serum.

Never stay loyal to anything that is not loyal to you.

Very interesting product. However I have to admit I don't understand most of the terms. I just know about hydrolyzed whey, whey isolate. whey concentrate, egg proteinn, casein and soy protein. Is there a sticky or link to somewhere I can check what do the ingredients really mean? Thanks for the help.

Again, I don't know what is Aussie/heliogen casein, I thought that there is just plain casein and no sub division. Also I have never heard of Super bovine serum, Can you recommend a website where I can get unbiased scientific reports on this stuff? Also how come there is no sticky explaining all this, that would really help.

Did you go strait from bodybuilding.com to this forum? There is tons of information here, and on the main website. It takes time to understand what is what. I don't know of very many unbiased scientific reports dealing with protein or supplements. There aren't any in body building magazines, bodybuilding.com, or anywhere associated with these hype products from China. aka Nitrotech.

To understand what debruynda posted, you are going to need to read about the proteins, carbs, and fats available.

Unbiased? Me. Nothing out there compares in quality or results.

Well frankly I was expecting a sticky which will explain each product sold by protein factory with brief description of what it really is.

Alright I will check the products and ask do some research on them. Yes totally agreed that it's impossible to get unbiased scientific reports on supplement, thanks for the help.

Yes, it is expensive. It is made from beef plasma serum, hence the expense. It's main value is it's very high subfraction count. Fortunately, it isn't something that you drink straight up. Most people only use between 5-25% in a given mix. Think of it as an additive kind of like creatine. IMO it is worth the cost if you can foot it.

I hope my post wasn't rude. I just got an email from T nation about a new protein available. It is all lies, worded to get people excited.

But is it suppose to be this expensive? I ask because carnivor also claim to have beef proteins and it's half the price of super plasma protein.
