So, I have been messing around with my mid-morning shake and this is my latest concoction....
MRP - 1/3 cup
50% Lean Whey
30% Oat Muscle
20% OmegaMuscle
Protein (Victorian Milk) 1/3 cup
Flax Oil - 1 Tbsp
Coconut Oil - 1 Tbsp
Flaxseed Meal - 2 Tbsp
This has kept me full for 3 hrs +...Awesome!![]()
