Prolibra in Lean or Whey Light?

I thought that I was ready to order. WRONG
I am confused about the labels or Old postings?
I read in prior post that lean was basically Vectron or Prolibra.
True or False?

Prolibra is the hydrolyzed whey protein made by Glanbia Nutritionals. We buy it from them and make it ready for you. When we first got it years back we called it Whey Light. We now sell it bulk to and call it Lean Whey. Prosource makes it to and calls it Vectron.

I was wondering how much protein do need to make work? Is it a daily requirement or one dose at a time?

In the studies that Glanbia did, participants took 1/2 a scoop about a half-hour before eating a meal. It lowered the glycemic index of the meal and helped them preserve lean mass while dieting. That said, I'm sure you could tweak the amount you take however you want--the principle would be the same. Just don't expect toooo much from it. For it to "work" you still have to take in less calories than you're burning. It certainly won't do anything unless you're in a caloric deficit. )

for the past 5 months, the only protein i take is my PWO and lean whey. i lift weights and do cardio religiously. im not fat but i have been trying to cut my weigh, i also take ZiP. i really cant tell you how well these products work because i still weigh in the same range as 5 months ago but i do look a lot more toned. everything i do and take probably contributed so im not sure.

but i still like lean whey, especially if youre cutting because it does help you dose up on your daily protein requirement.

Very true. It does add protein and if you get thebadded bonus of burning fat. Even better. So use it at least twice a day. Great. Thank you all.

By the way, the website mentions two forms of prolibra. I think 190 & 290. What type does PF use?
