Beef Protein Isolate

Beef Protein Isolate is nothing new. its been around for a long time. (as much as some supplement company's like to try to make you think not). The proteinfactory.com actually sold beef protein back in the 90's. Beef protein isolate is a decent protein, though its not better than egg, casein, or whey. The quality of a protein is judged by mainly one thing: its biological value. You see you can get protein from anywhere, milk, corn, pea, soy, and many more. But the quality of a protein is all based on how effeciently the body can get the nitrogen from the protein and into your body. Whey protein is obviously the best. If you dont know this than you need to read more about protein, after that is egg, than casein than soy. Whey protein has a BV rating of about 100 egg about 95 casein about 85 and so on....Beef protein has a BV of about 75.

so it makes no sense to use a beef protein when a whey protein and egg protein has a much higher BV value.

Beef protein isolate is just an attempt by some supplement companies to try to make themselves look cuttinge edge. (nice try, duh). The ONLY reason I could see using beef protein isolate is if you are allergic to egg and dairy proteins.

CONSUMER ALERT: There are some supplement company's that claim beef protein isolate is just as good or the same thing as super plasma protein. This is far from the truth and a complete lie and scam. Super plamsa protein is a protein made from cow's blood. (yea it sounds gross i know). Beef protein powder is protein made from the meat of cow. And more importantly super plasma protein contains 50% IGG and over 3,000ng/g of IGF-1. Beef protein contains barely zero IGG, if any at all, and barely any IGF-1, if any at all. Beef protein isolate also cost 10 times less than super plasma protein. So that explains why these other sleaze ball supplement company's try to make you think beef protein isolate is the same as super plasma protein.

cow's blood... i was messing with this girl a while back n she was caribbean. i remember she had made me try this one dish, i forgot the name but it was made with cow's blood. the thing was it actually tasted really good, i think i had it with rice. its funny, this is the 2nd time i heard about cow's blood going into my stomach.
