Hey all, I'm going to start taking creatine, and I was just wondering how much you guys think I should take per day since I'm a female and obviously smaller than the typical male bodybuilder. (I'm not gonna load, I'm just gonna do the same amount per day thing). So for you guys, Alex says 3 grams per day is fine, but that's probably too much for me I would think. (I'm 5' 9" and about 135 pounds). Maybe 2 grams per day?
